I think its like they are in a dome controlled by something kinda like IT from a wrinkle and time but I don't know how they took away something like that.
I think there in some kind of dome that's clear and has like whether control. So nobody gets tanned to look different. they try to make everyone look and do the same thing. so nobody gets discriminated or looked at different.
I think the rules are not to be created because no hills,sun and weather and color is not the place I want to live in.I hope in the story they will see color light hills and happiness.
